Beth grew up in Milwaukee and attended Brookfield East high school.  She continued her education at UW-Oshkosh where she played basketball, ran track and earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Services.  After gaining experience in several fields - social work, bar managing, fundraising and sales - Beth realized she wanted to own her own business.  She knew she needed to be completely passionate about her career path in order to have a successful business.  That's when a deep soul searching journey rediscovered her passion for animals.

 

Beth has loved dogs her entire life and had a golden retriever growing up.  She knew she loved dogs so she decided to try grooming. Beth learned the technical skills of professional dog grooming from experienced career groomers through a 3 year  apprenticeship.

 

Now, after 5 years in the industry, Beth has started the Shed Shop.  She takes a personal approach to make every dog feel like they are her own.  Beth focuses on giving every dog a gentle, patient and positive experience and every client the satisfaction of a beautiful haircut for their pet. Every dog is different and Beth prides herself on giving each dog the personalized treatment they deserve so they have enjoyable experiences while at the Shed Shop!
